Your Role Responsibilities

As a CRM Consultant, you'll empower clients by bridging their ecommerce requirements with technological solutions, guiding them through digital transformation processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Business Analysis: Translate client's ecommerce needs into technical specifications and propose comprehensive IT solutions for enhancing their ecommerce function.

• Requirements Documentation: Analyze business scenarios from a process, model, use case perspective, working closely with clients and the IT Architect to ensure alignment between business requirements and technological implementation.

• Client Lison: Serve as the bridge between client needs and technical team, ensuring smooth project flow throughout implementation stages.

Required Qualifications

We seek professionals who possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, coupled with over 10 years of experience in related fields.

• Cross-industry knowledge that demonstrates adaptability across diverse business landscapes.

• Expertise in CRM system implementations and capabilities for pre-sales consultation and post-sales support.

• Strong project management skills and a proven track record as team leader.

Preferred Qualifications

Adding to the above, we also value:

• Exceptional English communication skills for seamless collaboration with global teams.

• Industry-specific experience within Automobile or Manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.
